1-page or multi-page?

I am setting up a campaign to promote a Clickbank affiliate product. My question is would it be better to

A. Set up a 1 page review blog of the aff product and draw traffic to the site w/ articles, social, etc.
or
B. Set up a blog with reviews of multiple products in the same niche, and also some extra informational pages linking back to the reviews?
