I have a site that people are abusing with autosurf programs, I need some way of letting my site break out of frames. I tried some js methods but I know that some proxy bars can disable scripts from running which more or less defeats the code. Is there any way around this?

I really like my Starwood Amex. First of all, Amex is awesome for categorizing all your spending. Great when tax time rolls around. 2nd, I like Starwood hotels so when I travel, if it's not too expensive I'll stay in one if I can. The card does have an annual fee but it's worth it for me...

Any recommendations, preferably free? I've used Postini and it seems to work well but since it costs money per mailbox I don't really use it for myself (just a few clients). I have too many email mailboxes to cover. SpamAssassin works so so, but I probably don't know enough about configuring it.
