    Is there a dating affiliate that pays for leads as well as a percentage?

    I can only seem to find the sites that offer one or the other, and I'm wondering if it's possible to get both. A payout for free sign ups, and an ongoing percentage if they convert to paid members. I'm probably just dreaming, but thought I'd ask anyway. Thanks in advance for any responses.
