    How long on average would you say that you take to build and publish an AM website? Is it reasonable to shoot for 1 per month for a college student (assuming you have the idea mapped out ... how long do you spend on the site development itself)?

    I am a total noob here. Can someone please tell me how I would go about buying (???) the top spots on google for a given keyword? What does it take to get listed as #1? How much does it cost? What do you have to do? How can you overtake someone listed as #1? etc etc thanks
