So, on january 5th i started a few new CONTENT campaigns in an established account and everything was running good, i was getting good traffic (20k+ clicks/daily) and on january 6th my card got declined for 7k, so my ads stopped running. It then was successfully charged for that 7k the next day...

I've been trying to get this whole situation solved for over a month now, and i want to know what you guys think about this. Whose at fault, and if the outcome was the right thing that should of happened. I dont want to name drop here so im just going to use made up names until a final decision...
