Yes, one of the benefits of having a high traffic blog is that I get sent these keyword lists for free all the time.

The bad thing is that they're usually prefixed with "Buy Viagra" or "Buy Cialis"

With any luck, we'll start ranking for these keyphrases tomorrow.....

That has to be the most pathetic, useless keyword list I have ever seen. Um yea Oncology only 28 million results in google...good luck ranking

Why be such a douchebag?

If you had looked up oncology, you'd know that it means the study/ medicine of cancer.

How many different kinds of cancers are there?

Oh Really? Bunches? Some terms that don't have that much advertising on them at all?

That list could (potentially) hold secrets to a target audience that some spammer is making thousands (or millions) of dollars off of.

I'm not saying it does, but it could... so don't be such an asshat
