I'm wondering what kind of programs you guys use for your landers? So far marshalling my resources I have put together MS Paint and Notepad, although I believe I can get my hands on their upgrades, Photoshop and Dreamweaver.

I have been running a facebook campaign for a few weeks now and the conversions seem very low 1:120. Since I am still a noob I am reluctant to give up on a campaign. What is the point when you guys decide its not you and the offer just converts like shit.

This is a pretty straight forward question, I have a lead that I know will convert - I got it in person from someone who I do business with. I would like to sell the lead to a company where one of my direct family members works (as an out-of-office sales person). As a new guy I don’t really know...
