Well, I was doing Adwords and my ad happened to mention Ebay. All traffic was generated from long tail product related keywords where Ebay wasn't advertising themselves. Then they decided to terminate my EPN account and not pay any of my commissions from that traffic. I was left with nice Adwords bill.
Technically they had all the right to terminate my account since their T&C says I can't mention ebay in my ads. However I have heard there is this saying "common sense" and it kinda doesn't fit there to kick people out who are producing converting traffic and who are willing to change their ads as soon as notified about the problem. But anyway, I'll get my money from them with another route
