So I have a Google alert set up for a niche and received daily email which showed a post from one of my sites... nothing strange about that, but what was strange is that it had "by agua" at the bottom!! I looked all over the page and site and there is no mention of my name anywhere at all on...

Does anyone know of some free, cheap software for a PC which has the same features as the Photoshop Crop tool ie: where you can enter height and width (and maybe resolution) values and then crop the image to the size you entered by dragging the crop tool over an area?
