What's your whisky

The temperature is dropping and its been raining around my parts so I had an itch to get some whisky or is it whiskey. It seems that different brands spell it differently. I picked up some Makers Mark and that is some good shit. I have always been a Crown man but lately Crown is getting too sweet for my liking. So what is your favorite whisky? I'm thinking about buying a bunch of different pints of whisky, bourbon and the like and doing a little taste test.

I'm more of a scotch guy myself. The 21 year old Macallan is great, but a little pricier than I like to spend except for the special occasion. The 25 year old is even better, but $600+ a bottle.

I like GlenFiddich, Glenlivit...any thing Glen as long as it's not a blend.

Macallan 25 years old is like $500 here. $780 for the precious 30 years old.

wild turkey kentucky spirit 107 and bookers are great... russel's reserve is a cheap one that is surprisingly smooth..

If you were a Crown man, you might like this other Canadian Whisky. Much better than Crown IMHO.
