How CPArev is screwing me out of $34,875.00

Hey "dollar"

Hey guys well what "dollar" hasn't told you is that I have been in contact with him and this is being taken care of first thing Monday. And yesterday the advertiser he contact was not the advertiser that I worked with. This guy is jumping the gun here because he is a bit scared that I won't pay him, (only being 28 days out) which I can understand. I never stated that I didn't have the money to pay him I told him that the advertise hasn't paid me. We are a newer network and we don't have the sources to float 33k. I can assure you that I am not trying to scam anyone here. I think that everyone here knows exactly how being paid on time as a network is. Most of the time the payment to the networks by the advertisers are not on time. I am not going to let this reach a lawsuit because I am going to take care of this before it reaches that level. How many of you guys have been paid late by at network here on WF? Ok.. Don't worry "dollar" as I stated on the phone I am taking care of you first thing Monday.

Why would I believe anything you say after 30 days of you telling me my check was in the mail?

BTW: I spoke with the advertiser who owns the database for this offer. He pulled up the subid and could see every single lead I had sent over. He then directed me to the company that paid you for the leads. *see emails above*

I never got paid late before. But that might be because I use networks that have reputation. Idk, that's just me.

On Aug. 4th you asked for his bank information. Unless he didn't provide you with his bank information, shouldn't the wire be there already?

Dustin, you and your network are history. Nobody here will ever do business with you again. In addition everyone here will spread how crappy you and your network are. You would be lucky to even get a Chinese spammer to sign-up and do leads.
 
Who wants to start a pool to guess how many PM's and emails Jon has gotten for this thread to be taken down?
 
Looks like CPAREV is full of shit.

Saying you sent a check, when you didn't, then lying about the advertiser not paying is a buncha crap.

I hope anyone who thinks about signing up with CPArev finds this thread first.
 
First you make stuff up about lost checks and problems with transactions, then you admit that you can't float 33K.

Epic Fail.
 
The main thing was you told him the check was in the mail and then stalled some more. If you couldn't pay him at that time then just tell him that and be a honest company. Also if you don't have 33k in credit or liquid assets then cap your leads on what you can afford because what happens if the advertiser doesn't pay you then your whole business is shit.

Also a few basic rules in a client or customer based business.

- The customer is almost always right
- Thou Shall Not Lie
- Treat customers with respect
- If a problem arises don't attack the customer or patronize as you then create a combative situation in which the customer will feel like they have to dig in and defend themselves even more such as smearing your name even more.

So those are just a few tips so people don't think CPArev is a scam. Should learn from this situation and adapt your young company to be better prepared. Also get a damn line of credit or get an investor with some liquid assets for god sakes. I could float 33k out of my smallest bank account and I don't run that type of business. Get at least a 250k line of credit.
