No need to even go down to the store.. almost all of them deliver and many have online ordering.
 
alrighty,
tell ya what. if someone who is a bit more organized than i am is willing to put it together for me i'll pay for it. All we need is an extra hotel suite for a night, a bunch of alcohol soda and beer, maybe a big cooler or something to keep it cold plus we'll probably have a minifridge in the suite and we'll be good. We're all there for the same reason no point in getting fancy about it :) We'll just party till the hotel complains about too many ppl in one room.

Online ordering and delivery of booze? I am SOOO fucking moving to NYC..

My room always has a 3/4 bar in it (ASW/Denver) so don't be afraid to ask for a hookup.

Except turbo, she has to pay. A lot. (Yea girl, that's what you GET for making us feel guilty 24/7 while your skinny ass walks even skinnier)

EDIT: and don't you think you should check with Ms. Wolfe before you go advertising your room as the 24/7 party room HQ?

Best liquor prices I've seen in NYC are at Warehouse Wines & Spirits ( Warehouse Wines & Spirits - NoHo - New York, NY ). One of my favorite deals there is Gaetano Peach Head Liqueur - $6 or $7 for a 750ml of peach liqueur, 70 proof - You can pretty much drink that straight out of the bottle. Aside from that gem (which I can't find outside of that store in NYC), they have some great deals on top shelf spirits, too. The following Yelp comment should be a deal closer:

Just to let you guys know, looks like the potential sponsor on the "formal" meetup just fell through....we are gonna have to do our own meeting up and ELI is 100% on the right track here.
