big fucking deal boring hey people get fired and hired everyday if one person makes the company what it is then that company is fucked. I believe hydra's business doesn't revolve around one or two people and if it does thats there own fucking falt so bottomline who gives a flying fuck move there plenty of solid networks even though i think hydra is awesome not going to cry if i lose them

Uh. How about those of us that do business with Hydra and also only like to do business with corporations that aren't ran by pathetic greedy fuckers (if that happens to be the situation).

When doing business with any company, I think it is important to have that knowledge and deal with it accordingly.
 
Hydra has a great management team. When companies grow and get as large as Hydra, things need to change from when it started. Chart any company in this space, and you will see the same evolution (azoogle, valueclick, vendare, datran, adterative, etc). Some deal with it well, some do not.

Good companies with good management will keep rolling, and Hydra still has a great team.

If you do happen to work for Hydra (and you aren't one of the aforementioned founders now leaving the company) you should be shown the door as well.
