The best way to combat Hillary's heavily feminist campaign would be to say something like: If true equality is the goal then why put so much emphasis on whether someone is male or female? Shouldn't the candidate be judged based on merit, track record and policy proposals first and foremost? Isn't the goal to put the best person for the job into office regardless of that person's gender, race, race or religion, etc? Don't get me wrong, I have daughters, I'd like to see a female president in my lifetime. But she would have to be the right person to lead the country and I don't think Hillary Clinton is that person, I think America knows that too. It has zero to do with her being a woman, it has everything to do with X, Y, Z. I am the better candidate because A, B, C.

The majority of Americans are sick of political correctness, and the proposed response (from Trump) that you outlined above is the PC version. Hillary is the dirtiest presidential candidate in history and you don't fight someone like that by being strictly diplomatic, you fight by mud-slinging the truth. Trump was out campaigning like a monster and while he could have done a better job preparing for and performing at the debate, it was clearly rigged for Hillary. I am sick of political correctness as well but I do not subscribe to the idea that in an effort to be "not PC" we should just all embrace a very stupid form of streaming consciousness containing nothing of substance. There are plenty of anti-PC people that can make and defend their points without looking like an idiot. I'm not an idealistic teenage rebel; I'm a pragmatist, I don't think he can win through envelope pushing sound bytes. He's running for the presidency not for "king of 4 chan". He needs people to vote for him, that requires understanding who his base is and acting in a way that represents them. Beyond that, he needs to cultivate the skills that will help him to do a good job as president if he is in fact elected. Diplomacy is par for the course, keeping a cool head and being strategic is another necessary skill. Recognizing one's own limitations and planning to offset them is a must. If we are looking at his candidacy as an indicator of his future job performance, which is kind of the point, then he is falling short in demonstrating the qualities we require in a leader.
He could beat her on policy, at least with conservatives but he wanders off into the weeds more often than not and he alienates the religious right by the things that he says, we cannot pretend he doesn't need them to win. Out of two shitty candidates he may be the lesser of two evils but if he hopes to win he has to tighten up his game is my point.

This is true, he got lots of free press coverage and it helped him win the primaries. But any master marketer recognizes when it is time to adapt the strategy. He doesn't need free press coverage any more, it's time he presented himself as a capable, serious candidate for the job. In fact, it's overdue. If you were going to hire a CEO for a company and you went on his social media pages and saw those types of things it would at the very least give you pause to think how he would then reflect on your company as it's leader, how could he manage it if he can't manage himself? It shows a lack of judgement and self control. You'd know he is the kind of guy that could sour business deals with his ham-fisted lack of interpersonal skills and probably be an HR nightmare. Also, dark skinned guys and gals (but especially guys) who were brought here (or migrated here) are getting more health related problems than white people. The problem in Europe is not race based, it's the importation of a culture and religion en masse over a very short period of time. Bad idea and Germany particularly has handled it very poorly. There needed to be a "my house, my rules" approach and instead Merkel's administration has pussyfooted around every issue with the imports. Then you have to account for lifestyle, nutrition and environmental factors.
Even if you just look at rates of disease occurrence by race you will find it is decidedly a mixed bag; sickle cell anemia is most common in people of African descent, but likewise Caucasians of European descent are much more likely to have cystic fibrosis and genetic hemochromatosis, indeed almost every racial group has it's more common diseases. White women in the US are more likely to get cancer than women of any other race and Caucasians of both genders are three times as likely to develop multiple sclerosis. There is no race that is just more prone to disease in general than another race.

VP debate just ended, I think is a pretty clear win for Pence. Kaine was spastic, interrupted constantly and majored in the minors. Pence kept it classy, kept on topic and brought calm gravity to the table. I was surprised at how unlikable Kaine seemed for me tonight, that's a big blow to Hillary because let's face it he had one job and that was to be likable since she is not. He needed to channel Biden, he didn't need to attack for Hillary, she does that just fine on her own, he needed to humanize her.
Pence knew what he needed to do for Trump and I think he got the job done, especially considering how monumentally tough that job was.
