Doesn't the climate change in seasonal cycles like 4 times a year in most places: winter, spring, summer, and fall?

I was trying to come up with the perfect money-grubbing, power-grubbing pseudoscientific theory, and I couldn't come up with anything better than climate change.

Not even front page news on cbc.ca. Forest fires happen every summer. They happen all over Canada, the US, and Europe. Some years are worse than others. There are dozens of fires burning in Spain right now too. Last time I checked sometime last week, of the 800+ fires so far this year in BC, 400+ were caused by lightning. Then you've got shit like this... http://www.vancitybuzz.com/2015/07/3-fires-north-vancouver/ which are not the only fires started intentionally or by accident around the province.
So what does any of that have to do with global warming? Nothing.

If you are Canadian and if you actually don't like living in sub-zero temperatures for 8 months of the year, then you should be for global warming.

Exactly. I wish global warming were true because I love warmer temperatures. One thing that is rarely discussed is that warmer temperatures would mean a longer growing season.
