Seriously, reading this crap makes me feel sick. I'm trying to figure out how these 2 are both mentally insane on the same level at the same time. Like WTF. How does this happen?

1. The reason they get rid of him.

so they can hear him testify against grunin (obvious)

attorney client privilege doesnt apply cause hes not a lawyer

2. The reason grunin hired him.

2.1 hes really that stupid

2.1.1 in that case, the attorney in fact duped him into hiring him as a law practitioning lawyer. grunin will spectacularly lose the case and sue the attorney in facts ass for damages (accrued through really fuckin bad legal advice).

2.2 he knows this aint working out

Grunin didn't seem like a total moron - I mean he was smart enough to commit this deception and defraud a sophisticated technology company out of $300k.

But he's stupid enough to actually hire this ex felon whose only legal argument is : "The law doesn't exist and I can redefine reality to make your crime not a crime".

Grunin - just hire a proper lawyer, write a sincere offer to Perkins cole to settle, e.g. $20,000 not $250. Just risking jail time or something almost as bad playing the retard card.

If Facebook thinks they have strong evidence there is no way they are going to settle. Facebook is in this to make an example out of people who try to defraud them to prevent others from doing the same in the future.

The fake lawyer is amazingly retarded but I will have to give him credit to his strategy if this wasn't against facebook or on a 300k evidence riddled suit.

He definitely knows enough to get smaller suits thrown out by loading them with this additional paperwork. Soon as someone deviates from any of the outlined terms in his "contracts", the fake lawyer has grounds to sue for his fees (even if not legit).


The Fake Lawyer is on the same level of intelligence as the woman that attempted to buy the 100k worth of iphones.

He's broke and stupid. There really isn't anything to "figure out" here. There is no insanity defense in tort law. He's just a dumb ass who got caught.
 
This thread must have broken wickedfire records at this point. How is the Attorney-in-fact celebrating a win already? It doesn't look like the case has been thrown out or settled. Maybe this is another one of his Jedi mind tricks. Does he know about this thread I think he needs to start a AMA thread that would be awesome pure gold.

my wild guess is that this attorney-in-fact is scanning the news and contacting any potential 'mark' who is getting some news/publicity?

Surely though you stand a better chance of coming to some kind of agreement if you don't send completely retarded nonsense to the court.

At least the judge is less likely to be totally against you if you act somewhat reasonably and attempt to settle.
