TL;DR - Sleep properly. Get your blood checked annually.

Been feeling lethargic and generally crappy for a few months. First change was to fix my sleeping pattern, making sure I get 7.5 hours every night, rather than 4 hours one night, 9 hours the next, and going to bed before midnight, usually around 11.00. This made a real difference, much more than I expected.

Secondly my gf took me to the doc and I got a batch of blood tests done. They did 31 tests in total. I am in the mid-range on everything except I am low in hemoglobin and red blood cell count. Easily fixable (iron) and very glad I have that information.

iron deficiency anemia can be serious. tests are needed to determine the cause.

Got a new healthcare provder recently, she's an RPA-C btw, my first, and this woman is freakin awesome. Anyway I told her Everything about myself, I never did that before - and trust me there's A lot of shit in my past including early childhood crap. Anyway she went running for the blood vials when I was done. No gay shit here but um let's just say she thought it prudent. I'm all good.

But like the op very little sleep most nights, I sleep alot on days off and me I love dat caffeine. I do however take childrens chewable vitamins with minerals and eat loads of veggies.

I've averaged maybe a good 4 or 5 blood tests every year for the past four years or so but I really wouldn't recommend you getting blood tests more than once a year because it makes me a little lethargic afterwards. It's really not that big of a deal but I'd rather not feel that at all. If the lab comes back up with nothing wrong going on with you, then there's no point in getting it done more than once a year, I think....

its on the list for this summer, i had a full body done a few years ago and was relieved to find my youthful years of abuse hadn't fucked my body in the slightest (big surprise lol). i slept a lot better on that info alone

No they didn't. But I live in Italy = more sunshine in a month that I would get in a year back in the UK, so shouldn't be a problem.

I live in south florida, we get a ton of sun. Vit D deficiency is a big problem here....
