EWA: Closing Our Doors

I'm really glad EWA is fucking dead and I can stop looking at all that obnoxious high res green/pink media buys with his sweet mouth. he doesnt even fucking lift.

in response the the LLC/debt/bankruptcy - true, an LLC does protect an individual from incurring debt through the company in the case of default, bankruptcy etc HOWEVER most MERCHANTS (and by most, I generally mean all) require you to personally guarantee whatever it is you are dealing with.

I highly doubt that EWA built up a big enough line of credit in order for the company to guarantee that amount of debt, somewhere along the lines ryan or his father signed as a guarantor on a merchant agreement. Only chiming in here because I've personally witnessed this dozens of times in a number of different business dealings and have been forced to sign them myself.

FORCE HIM INTO INVOLUNTARY BANKRUPTCY

If there is a way to get anything, the best way is to affiliates to get together and file a petition to force the company into involuntary bankruptcy.

A trustee would be appointed and start an investigation of the company and its assets. Like the previous posts stated, the corporate veil could be pierced and the trustee could go after the personal assets of Ryan and all the corporate officers that helped him.

The trustee might be able to go after all the other related companies to recover assets. (Like the trustees in Bernie Madoff's fraud)

Anyone that thinks Ryan is going to be a peasant is deluding him/her self. It took a year to get this far because they probably were moving assets to other companies to shield the assets from collectors.

An ordinary lawsuit to collect a debt will get nothing. You need the force of the government to run the investigation and trace the trail of the money.

Read his letter carefully, he expects you to have sympathy for him and walk away. What a crock of shit.

This. Most important and relevant post regarding the entire Ryan Eagle dilemma. Can't believe this is coming form someone with just two posts.

I am obviously doing just fine on taking my self down on my own. However thank you for the company on the way down lol.

You know what you look like to me, with your good bag and your cheap shoes? You look like a rube. A well-scrubbed, hustling rube, with a little taste. Good nutrition's given you some length of bone, but you're not more than one generation from poor white trash, are you, Brian? And that accent you've tried so desperately to shed - pure West Virginia. What did your father do? Was he a coal miner? Did he stink of the lamp? You know how quickly the gay boys found you. All those tedious, sticky fumblings in the back seats of cars, while you could only dream of getting out. Getting anywhere, all the way to that redneck town of Fisk Mo.

Is he a just a straight liar or does he actually believe that he has 100 employees and is worth 50$ million?

100 employees would be a wage bill of roughly $200k a month depending on the average pay packet.

It states on there that he is an active freemason...maybe someone should make a complaint to the grand lodge of his jurisdiction because his business has certainly not been "on the level".

Maybe convene a committee of investigation.....that def has ramifications.

Whatever nest egg Eagle has saved up isn't that big. Otherwise he would have covered his corporation's debts. It is maybe in the six figure range plus a lot of gaudy bling with poor resale value.

Also if anyone has those fake wire receipts saved, that is already substantial evidence of wire fraud.

DPers are as stupid as ever. You can't file a class action lawsuit for this type of legal matter.

I've been taken, a couple of times in this life.

The 1st time was for $300 for a pound of weed.
Got half my money & all my stuff.

The last time was for $165.00 on some traffic off a BHW deal...
Got none of my money but a certain satisfaction (Google maps & knowing the right people in the right places).

Ryan, you little, weepy-assed cocksucker, be sure to keep looking over your shoulder because not everyone you fucked over is going to just "let it go".

Or so I've heard.

Do you really believe that would help? The majority of the freemasons are businessmen themselves, at least in my lodge.

Oh also, Ryan have a "good surface" outwards so to say, have you forgotten about EWA kids?

Hard to believe that anything from DP could be of use on WF, but looks like they are gaining traction about a class action lawsuit. Apparently, 15 Pubs are already on board his class action proposal:

In the post they accuse EWA of "cleaning" (the correct term is laundering) money through the EWA kids charity.

I'm not sure how this works. Perhaps new member jconstantine can weigh in. He or she sounds like an attorney. Leaving +rep, thanks for for the valuable info.
