Hydra Networks - Back when they were having money issues and before they were bought out had made a really insightful comment in court proceedings, that applies to all networks.... Basically, the certain demise of a network, can largely happen if capital constraints prohibit a network from paying out affiliates on time.

Hydra does not have sufficient working capital. I anticipate that, in the next few business days, Hydra will not have sufficient funds to timely pay all of its employees and creditors, including its affiliates. Because of the reliance of Hydra on its affiliates, if timely payment cannot be made Hydra will begin rapidly to lose going concern value, as Hydra’s affiliates have many options that compete with Hydra in this commoditized space. These affiliates are highly motivated by consistent payments, and can be expected to react very negatively to any delay. Additionally, due to the nature of this business, the affiliates have the ability to, and would be expected to post negative messages about Hydra on internet message boards.

Essociate’s lawsuits have been blamed for contributing to the death of several major networks including Epic and Copeac. Both companies had been named in Essociate lawsuits. - Read more.

I think Vito's press release before ASW will put more light on the matter.

Very interesting stuff, I remember hearing about the Essociate law suit with EWA awhile ago had forgotten about it completely. Really sucks for Eagle..

$300k debt....

$300k car...

1+1 = 2

If what vito is saying is truth and is about ryan eagle.

300k debt is just the tip of iceberg.

I have been hearing more and more that many other affiliates and networks are owed by the same individual, and it would be my pleasure to work with you together to vigilantly collect what we are all owed.

Umm... Except it is not a $300,000 car! It's a body kit that has been put on a Nissan, if there is even a market for a used kit car (you are talking about sub $40,000 resale value realistically). Never quite understood the whole mentality of it all myself, I mean you bolt on a fiberglass shell to camero or worse Fiero and it doesn't make it a Lamborghini. Instead what you have is a shitty car, that drives and handles worse now than a Fiero ever did...
