Hi mate,

Just wondering, when will Google doesn't give a free SEO chance for indexing websites? What will you do? How if Google works like Baidu?

No. Google already has paid listings in prominent position on the search results page. I never have, and doubt I ever will use Baidu, so I can only assume that you must pay to be part of any search results? Terrible idea and it would cause people to find a better search engine, but then Baidu is part of a culture where dirty business and corruption is rife.
 
never. if they did they'll be flanked in no time and lose their position. I do think the local serps will eventually have a different paid model where it looks like free listings though - rendering local seo dead.

I think global seo will always be around but Google will continue their goal of taking the roi out of seo. I think they will randomize the results more often so people continue to stop spending money on it and instead spend it on paid sreach for a consistent roi/result.
