If I were owning a site like that I'd do everything in my power to hide my name as much as possible.
I used to own a very big free hosting site and even with whois protection I got angry phone calls to my house at 3am (because of stuff users would host). Eventually got that under control by filtering out the questionable content. The calls didn't faze me, but they were real and the stuff they were bitching about wasn't half as bad as what you're doing.
In reality, lawyer up before you get yourself in too deep. You might be feeling great now, but when you get sued your demeanor will change quickly. I have also been there - protected by Section 230 of the Communications and Decency Act, but trust me the people going after you will do every little creative thing they can and unless you are running everything by the books as per what a lawyer is telling you to do, they will get you on a technicality and you will be fucked.
Seriously, contact a lawyer (Aaron Kelley would be my personal recommendation) before you get yourself in too deep and for fuck sakes remove all association the site has with your personal name and have your whois pointing to some virtual mailbox owned by a corporation of yours before people start sending you shit in the mail.
