FB buying techniques

Is there a good one sheeter out there that gives information about advanced techniques to buying FB? Basically summarizing this black hole of a thread. Im trying to get educated on best times of the day to buy, what mistakes can cause you to get banned, is cpm or cpc better, smart ways to split test, techniques to get lowest bid, advantages/disadvantages of software tools to use that fb allows etc etc etc..

While I'm learning a lot of this is testing and common sense I was hoping to find a depository of information to help me along. The tutorials I've found around the web searching google and forums are ridiculously basic and seem to be geared towards people that dont understand how to use the internet or read fb instructions.

You need to say what are you trying to promote first. If it's dating, then you need to meet target ROI of advertiser. It doesn't matter when cpc will be lower. You need to target advertising when dating audience surfs the web and converts better.

If it's dump companies that buy leads without payback then you are lucky to find such offer :)

Im buying everything from sales to leads to brand exposure.
 
For all of you who are getting banned, I have a fairly sophisticated cloaker. It cloaks pretty much all the majors but its majorly tested on google/facebook.

I'm out of the country, my iphone is with me, but only for music. No service. How do I fix this? It's my personal account and I was just trying to start a whopping $15 a day campaign.
