First of all Andrew is a nice guy and he contributes a lot but I am a bit confused with what he does.
He has started threads over here on blogging for bucks but never follows through on it and if you look at the thread that has 5 stars, it says absolutely nothing but fluff. Where are the bucks and what's really going on?
My question to Andrew is what are your qualifications to offer such a product and what have you done personally in the AM to warrant such expertise on consulting?
I sold real estate for 6 years as a top producer for RE/MAX and managed huge offices before entering AM. I then parlayed my knowledge of sales, real estate and loans into the online world of mortgage leads. I can prove income of $100,000 plus a year from 1999 till now and my first year as an AM, i made well over $100k profit, so does that make me a super affiliate in your book? and if it doesn't just beacuse someone may say I did a million dollars in commissions doesn't mean shit, especially if they paid $900,000 to get it.
What can you prove to us to show that you are indeed qualified to offer this book?
Because I didn't let the cat out of the bag, thank engaged for that but now I will live up to my rep and put your ass on blast because everyone else is afraid to step on toes, but engaged because he dont give a shit about the forum world and if peeps get pissed cause he calls people out, like BYA.
