NEW Facebook Ads

Do you guys run ppc and develop apps from your pers fb acc?

Hi everyone,

Do you guys run your offers, tests, ppc etc from your personal facebook account?

I created a new account, setup an app but then got a message saying i could not proceed because facebook thinks my account is a fake.

Just wondered if it was worth it to try and seek or create a legit second account or avoid the risk of getting banned for having multiple accounts by keeping them all under one login.

Cheers in advanced for any responses.

WOW is this a good move for Facebook just before IPO ?

:hitit_sml:
Just finished speaking to a senior member of Facebook's Advertising department and they've filled me in with some really crazy good news.

1- All rules on ads are now laxed.

2- You are now ALLOWED to promote Ringtones, Dating, Quizzes, Freebies, Work at Home products, Surveys

Enjoy it.. I just had every damn one of my ads approved in a period of 15 mins and within the first 20 mins had nearly 4k uniques to my Quiz ads to Azoogle. So be careful what you bid because that just cost me around $2k.

If you need to have your daily limit spends increased I'm going to post a few email addresses here later and you can ask those guys.

Your limits can go up to $5,000 per day and $30,000 per day with a credit check.

Account bans

Anyone else having problems getting Accounts banned for no reason?
I never had a ban, but during the last two months i got like 8 of my accounts banned.

Looking for 2k and 5k FB Ads (non-agency) accounts. Paying 6k for 5k accounts and 3k for 2k accounts.

Still looking for advertising accounts. 100% guaranteed sales for all your accounts, without having to worry about giving away your identity or having to answer a flood of questions from buyers.

If you have a campaign that is breaking even do you just continue to change images until you CTR goes high enough to make you profit?

Thank you,
Dylan

I've got something weird (?) going on ad FB ads... For the 3 weeks I've had a campaign that does nicely for me in the morning hours (7AM - 11AM est), then i turn it off b/c of caps. It'll spend approx $450 during that 5-hour time frame.

This weekend, tho, I turned on the campaign in late afternoon instead (Saturday) and today Sunday too. But instead of spending $90/hr, it spent like $1000 in 15 minutes yesteday, and then another $1000 in 15 minutes when I turned it on today late afternoon. I paused it both times immediately when I saw the massive traffic... and neither of those $1000/15 minutes busted my caps, just resulted in about 3 signups in each 15-minute session.

So, I'm thinking clickfraud, or maybe just don't run a broad demo campaign late afternoon weekends? (Targeting all women 40+ USA, so it's broad targeting).

Not sure what to make of this to tell you the truth. Clicktale shows that these appear to be normal users... mouse moves around on page when they come to it, etc. Doesn't look like a clickbot right off the bat. But I have to confess I don't know how to access my PHP/apache traffic logs to look at IPs or whatever.

Any FB pros with advice/info would be greatly appreciated! Thx!

lol what was the budget set to, whats ur max daily budget, and what time? if i were to put a campaign at 2k budget at 5pm i'm positive it would spend 1k in 10 minutes, that's how facebook works. now you know. i don't even pause my shit, period.
