Here's an idea...

Tweak the forum so members who go into the red are instantly relegated to a "Knucklehead" subforum. Their passage elsewhere is revoked. If the rest of us want to visit, perhaps to watch the train wreck, we can.

That way, there's no need for manual bans. And it could be fun watching idiots being idiotic to other idiots. Limited damage; we can contain the blast, so to speak.

I'm sure a lead idiot will arise to assume control, and consolidate idiotic power under him. That too, might be fun to watch.
