How do you know it? What if I dress up as a woman and go into shower with your lady? There are some limits.
We don't know what exactly happened in toilet. If those ladies ask him to leave because they don't feel comfortable with male being there he should respect it. Tolerance should work both ways. Unfortunately we see double standards now everywhere in regard to race, gender and sexual preferences. Treat everyone the same way and we can avoid lots of unnecessary painful situations.
You might want to look up the definition of 'transgender,' because it's not some pervert who likes to dress up in women's clothing. A family member is an endocrinologist who deals with trans people, and it's not some sexual fetish. If you're taking female hormones, look like a girl, act like a girl, you should use the girl's bathroom. It's not as if it's some mystical nether-realm where a woman's deepest, darkest fears, emotions and inner femininity are exposed. It's a grotty fucking McDonald's bathroom ffs. You go in, hover over the seat, wash up without trying to touch too much, and get the fuck out.
I personally wouldn't be uncomfortable if a female-to-male transgender person used the male bathroom. I mean, what's the difference if I'm in a stall by myself shitting and there is a FtM or a genetic male in the next stall. If you're that uptight you need to reassess yourself.
Either way, if you think it's ever acceptable to brutalize someone like that for going into the wrong bathroom if they have no malicious intent, you have serious problems. Where do you, personally, draw the line with respect to transgender rights? Boobs? What about if she had sexual reassignment surgery (i.e. vaginoplasty), would it still be unacceptable for you? Do you think it would be better to simply have separate bathrooms for the entire LGBT community?

Take a look at any black dominant area be it nation or town or whatever, what do you see? Crime...rape, murder, theft, just general shit ass living conditions.
There are tons of amazingly brilliant black people who make 99% of white people look like slobbering idiots. That being said, one can't ignore the fact that in general, there seems to be something a little "off" with the way black people lead their lives. From America to Africa and everywhere in between, when you put lots of black people together you end up with big issues.
It is what it is, people who say the shit is only skin deep need a fuckin reality check. There is more to the difference between blacks and whites than a simple skin tone. Two groups of people evolving on two different continents for who the fuck knows how many 10's of thousands of years. Collecting food differently, living together differently, different diets, just doing everything different. After 30 or 40 thousand years of living like that there are going to be some serious fucking differences in how they look and how their minds/bodies work.

"Black people in America" would've been a better response, because this same problem doesn't exist in the same group abroad. In Europe, it's North Africans (who aren't black).

Apparently the two girls are 14 and 18. The 14 year old is being charged as a juvenile, and charges are pending against the other.

No, I do not believe there should be separate toilets for gays, lesbians or TG. In fact I'm very tolerant. But as I said, tolerance should work both ways. A lot of minorities are actually intolerant to the rest of society.
Hiphop culture has a strong hate for gay people for some reason too, you can hear it in the songs, "faggot" this and "gay ass" that.
