Make Money Online: Documenting 10 Years of Failure

Front page of HN right now.

"WickedFire is kind of like the cesspool of affiliate marketing forums. I actually learned a lot by digging into old posts and lurking. The members were notorious for things like posting a link to a gif of swinging dicks when a noobie asked for help. It had/has a strange culture but at one point it was a good resource. They covered everything about Affiliate Marketing even the grey areas."

fuck this guy
brags about being rich because he racked up a $20k credit card bill every month?

Hi there! My name is John and I'm a software consultant with the IBM Watson Group based out of Pittsburgh. Read more

That's smart...brag about your dubious quasi-legal tactics on your consulting gig webpage. What is the deal with people not learning to stfu..such a useful skill

I actually took the time to read the whole post, and I think it's a very interesting read...

Start a business folks. AM is not for the long term...

It took longer than I thought it would for you guys to find this. The response is kind of what I expected.

For the record I never bragged about being rich. The entire post is about how much of a fuck up I am for balling and going back to being a 9-5 corporate drone.

You can't argue with my description of this place either. Even though there are some nuggets hidden here and there you guys are all basically assholes. At least barman is funny :)

I don't agree there mate. If there's anything to be learned from this guy's post is to not be a dumbass with your money and act like you're rich when your net worth is sub mil

Read this yesterday, was an awesome read. It's crazy to see how many people made massive amounts of money slangin berrys, I wonder what percentage of those people were smart enough to save that money and reinvest/start their own business, I'm guessing not very many
