I'm going to be starting a 10 day challenge after being inspired by someone on here who's trying to figure out how they can get the money to start AM.

I AM GOING TO TROLL THOSE WARRIOR FORUM ASSHOLE AND SELL THEM MY FAKE SEO FIRM!!!!! HAHAHA WATCH THE LULZ POUR IN!!!!

So here are the self-imposed rules:

  • I can't use my existing client base.
  • I can't use any pending deals or leads.
  • I can't borrow or accept any money from friends or family.
  • I can't use any existing funds.
  • I'm starting on midnight 8/11/2010
  • I'm ending on midnight 8/20/2010 EST
  • I will document every dollar made and how I make it after the fact include proof of income.
  • I will do so without leaving my bedroom.
  • I must have the cash in hand by the 20th. Pending payouts will NOT count.

I'm going to start this at midnight and set up a blog & twitter account that I'll link to here for anyone interested.

Please feel free to follow this thread if interested, I think this can be a very good way for total newbs to see what's possible with a little sweat and half of a brain.

For a complete newbie this is the greatest post I could have ever hoped for. I have a decent bank roll to get AM up and going, but not knowing where it turn first this is an answered prayer.

What I WILL not be doing is using a network or outing an exclusive offers that people are killing it with.

I WILL not be using a network because one rule is to have the cash in hand by the 20th and that just wouldn't be possible if someone opened up an account for the first time and had net 15 or net 30 terms.

Seems like an arbitrary constraint given our industry but it's your thread. If you're going to doc it all then more power to you.
 
In your original post you wrote that you can't use any existing funds. Does that also exclude credit cards (i.e. no paid advertising)? If so, this just got very interesting.

Does paypal count? I'll pay you to do some local leadgen. In fact I'll pay anybody who's interested. $25/lead for a medical professional, but if you send me garbage leads you will be scrubbed.
