Wickedfire Get Ripped Challenge

This idea hit me today, that instead of sitting 14h /day making "Get Ripped" Jpegs we could make a 60/90 day challange where we could try m rip ourselves...

Yea, I know some bloggers do this shit already, but beating shoemoneys 420lbs is too fucking easy.

So if anyone here is up for the challange, drop me a line, we could set up a blog and compete against each other - to get motivated as much as possible.

Good luck with it.

I've been on Keto diet for a month and when I hit the gym I feel weak as hell.

Can't wait to get off this damn thing and start a bulking diet again. Cutting sucks.

you do realize that those before and after photos are fake right? and weren't actually done in 4-12 weeks right?...right?

Do you take in plenty of omega 3's? If not, start doing so. Usually you feel weak if you don't take in plenty of fat. And I'm not talking about the fat in butter, bacon, etc. I'm talking about healthy fat from sources such as almonds, salmon, fish oil, avocado, etc.

If you hit the gym 5 days a week for 12 weeks with a solid workout and diet plan, you will see very serious results.

ive been busting my ass (60-90 minutes a day , 6 days a week) for the last 50 days exactly and im seeing some great results.

4 weeks, probably not (maybe you lost 5-10 lbs) but 12 weeks definitely.

The competition, it'd have to be at least 90 days (12 weeks) and I'd be up for it. I could probably lose 25-30 lbs.

have fun with those sugar pills.

that said, you can def see crazy results in 12 weeks with a legit diet and workout plan.

I would be up for a competition. I've got a couple of pounds that I have to burn. Maybe we can get a network to sponsor it with a prize. Even more motivation.

That said, I'm gonna go get me a sammich.

I'll give away to the winner:

- 4 month membership to DesignCourse.com ($200 value)
- 1 logo design from Professional Logo Design | Business Logos in 24 hours ($99.95 value)

The rules should be based on a 90 day challenge beginning Jan. 1st

- Must submit a "before" picture while holding a printout of the wickedfire logo + username + current weight.
- At the end, in same fashion, submit your after picture with how much weight you lost.
- Can't go on amount of weight lost alone, people can lie / cheat about those numbers. The actual visual weight loss needs to be taken into account as well, and perhaps hold a public vote on the winner :P

There 4 people in already (including me :crap:)

I would be surprised if even 5 people participated in it though. From submitting the first pic, to the last one and actually stuck with it. It's just how these things work out :/
