How CPArev is screwing me out of $34,875.00

The Mitten
For seven days I promoted an offer through CPAREV.com and made over $33,875 in leads and a $1,100 bonus. Cost me $23,000.00+ in ppc costs.

Everything was legit, as the owner of CPArev Dustin Cucciarre was always emailing thanking me for the leads.

I received all my other networks payments on time, expect CPArev. So I contacted him, and CPArev emailed me and said He got around to sending the check in the mail July 14th.

Seven days went by and no check and each time I contact CPArev and he says he'll send another check, wire the money, etc. Almost a month later with no check and lots of excuses, I finally am able to reach him on the phone and this is where the story gets good:

Dustin Cucciarre from CPArev says he does not have any money to pay me and is waiting on an (nameless advertiser) to pay him for my leads, this was never mentioned before and for a month straight he has told me in writing my check is in the mail, being wired, being paypaled.

I ask CPArev what about all the emails saying he sent the money a month ago, and his response is they were a "STRETCH"

I took the liberty to contact this (nameless advertiser) who Dustin @ CPArev says has not paid him and guess what?

They paid CPArev and Dustin Cucciarre for all my leads weeks ago.

I'm working with an internet crimes detective who is handling this case now, and my attorney's are full speed ahead with a civil case.

So the moral of the story here kids is I'm currently out the $34,875 + the $23,000 PPC costs.

Any others who are owed my by CPArev post in this thread, word around the block is I'm not the only one owed money.

Sorry to hear. I know how it feels to be screwed out of large sums of money by a network.

Thanks for the heads up. I can't stand deadbeat fly by night affiliate "networks".I'll spread the word.
 
it will be nice when there is more dependability, accountability and transparency in this industry.

i would be breaking legs if the civil suit fails if i were you.

I was preparing to launch some CPARev campaigns, but after reading this thread, I will refrain from doing it. Thanks for the warning!
 
How many times do we have to go through this guys. Some 11 post fuck posts that he got fucked, and we have a bunch of people jumping on the bandwagon. Proof or GTFO, IMHO. After the shit we put some networks through, not asking for at least some kind of moderation between forum moderators (like Jon) is just silly and there is no reason why you shouldn't write it off as so.

Oh yeah, work with a reputable network next time fuckwad.
 
Provide some proof to back up your claims the best you can. This is why companies should have online reputation monitoring and consultants so they can find and respond to threads like this to give their side. Not saying I don't believe you just if you make public claims about fraud you should throw up some screenshots and so on.

Sorry to be blunt, but the moral of the story should be "don't extend so much credit to a CPA network that has no reputation and hasn't established itself".

Would you lend $35K to some dude walking by on the street? I doubt it, so why do that with a network that pretty much zero history, and for the most part has never been heard of?

I don't mean this to target CPARev specifically, but I get kinda tired of reading about these "I dropped thousands with the CPABuckForClickingTime.com network, now they won't pay me". Do some due diligence for crying out loud!

BTW, contacting the advertiser to see if they paid the network is a waste of time. There is little chance they'll be honest with you if it makes them look bad. So if they paid, they'll say the paid. If they didn't pay, they'll say they paid.

I have no idea what are the details on your particular story, but the outcome will be one of two things. You won't get paid because you cheated. Or, you won't get paid because CPARev couldn't handle the cashflow.

End of story.
