I'm a night-owl, often going to sleep at 3:00 and waking at 9:30. But, it's killing my productivity. I can probably get twice as much done if I wake earlier, being most productive in the morning, after the gym. So, I'm considering making a major change in my sleep schedule (ultimately waking at 4:30 a.m.).
Everyone works differently, of course. Some do their best work at 2:00 a.m. For those of you who are seriously productive, what is your sleep schedule? When do you wake? How much sleep do you need to maximize your productivity over the long-term (most of us can pull a few all-nighters to get projects done)?
