Asto the quality of my threads
1. Several have gone on to be lengthy well discussed threads.
2. Nobody is posting anything of interest. Someone needs to step up a fill the void of pewep

Sometimes, silence offers its own value.
I'm not suggesting that you stop. Do whatever works for you. That said, if you had ever hoped of getting a response from me in the future on any topic, that ship has sailed.
I suspect I'm not the only one who feels that way.
it was definitely stagnant before lukep came back, now its a bitcoin tidal pool. the bitcoin stuff may be overdone (ok, is overdone), but at least its real... its not the product of some jackass sitting around pretty much all day thinking really really hard about the dipshittiest stuff to say just to get a reaction.
i agree there's a void to be filled, but for fuck's sake let's not let it be pewep.
Not all of it is shit, but I think a bit of moderation would be great. I mean, better to have 5 active awesome threads, then 49 active shitty threads and 1 awesome one.
I do understand the joke though.
People have probably just got tired of the same old 4Chan/reddit reposts and the same lame comments, and the same lame schticks being played out ad infinitum. (The first dickroll is funny, the 1,000th dickroll is annoying)
WF cycled out a ton of good people to better endeavors after AM crashed, but never replaced them with more of those scrappy upstarts with something to share and something to prove.
It's hard to keep good posters around. They can blog, they can tweet, they can develop their own audiences. Why wallow with so many lousy posters and trolls when they don't have to?
The forum was much better when new members got hazed, then Jon, NickyCakes or any other mod would ban them if they were even remotely out of line. Sometimes good people got banned. But it was hard for a shithead to get any traction.
I think the only hope for this place is if someone with a clean the house attitude comes in and conducts a "night of the long knives" type purge.

i'll let you guys know i was once on a friendly basis with guerilla, we talked regularly on skype... but apparently i disagreed with him on some forum point somewhere, and out of nowhere he tried to humiliate me by publishing all my PMs to him. class act. i had nothing to hide, but he tried his best.
