The women who do this rationalize they have nothing to lose by being counter-sued amd large upside in a settlement. Shame on the media for sansationaling a non story.
 
This happened to an old friend of mine also.
We all abandoned him as he became so aggressive after being accused. Years later in the trial finally it comes out she admits she lied. Meanwhile her father had posted rape posters around town, at the guys work, everywhere.

The girl should get jail time for false accusations. Otherwise how can we take every accusation serious? Should go both ways.

Women are pretty stupid, have not evolved forward in the past 100 years - and were given way too many rights. Now look what's happening.

I don't think they can charge her since she was a juvenile, plus statutes of limitations. The school is however trying to sue to get their money back. Problem is, no one can find the women to serve her. At this point they are going to try to just get a default judgement. She had filed for public assistance recently, so there is a good chance all that money is gone anyways, so good luck to the school trying to see any of that cash.
 
Shit's got me paranoid. I'm seriously thinking of recording all my sexual encounters. False rape accusations could ruin anyone's life, and in our overly feminist society the benefit of the doubt goes towards the woman.

From ancedotal evidence what I've gathered most false rape accusations occur a)when a girl is drunk and hooks up with a guy and then regrets it the morning later b) she has a boyfriend she cheats on with another guy, and makes up a false rape accusation to make it seem like she didn't cheat c)the guy is in a position of power.

A) is complete bullshit because you don't see guys claiming rape when they hook up with an ugly/fat chick when they are drunk. Unless you're zombie drunk or passed out and can't given consent then a drunken hookup is not rape. If it was then most of the world would be behind bars.

B)Bullshit.

C)Happens a whole lot. Look at the Julian Assange case. Famous men are easy targets of rape accusations.

Anyways, I"m being paranoid but the fact is that I've heard of enough horror stories to be paranoid.
 
It's funny because 9 out of 10 females I know have been raped at least once before.

I remember some college putting numbers out saying 1/4 women have been raped, then someone pointed out that 1/4 is like 500% higher violent crime than the worst inner city in America. The college feminists quickly redid their number saying they made a mathematical error.

I shit you not, Amanda is one of the few females I have met that doesn't claim she was raped at some point in her life. Maybe I just know a lot of really deranged females or something...
