Netflix has a winner if this is the level of exclusive programming they start pumping out.

I literally cannot stop watching, the show is fantastic.
 


I thought Lilyhammer was quirky enough to be good as well. Supposedly filming new episodes now.

So jelly of you americans. Streaming US shows on ps3 is such a pain in the ass, it only works like half the time.
 
Watched an episode and a half. I like it too, gonna watch moar now. Don't understand everything, but still like.

That's forgivable then. If they won't sell to your area, they deserve to be torrented.

It's like HBO over here - I'd happily pay for HBO online, but you can't do that without a cable subscription, and I don't have cable TV, so fuck you, HBO. I'll download.

Netflix is only £6 a month over here which is great value as it means I don't have to have a TV license (yeah yeah, socialist dystopia).
 
Directed by Fight Club's David Fincher. Def checking out now. Spacey's hit or miss for me thought.
 
Just finished the first season. It's pretty good. A little dry in the middle, but it picks up again towards the end. Spacey and his wife give no fucks the entire series. It's interesting to watch.

I said for ME. Spacey is a guaranteed performance and quite often I think a different look and demeanor would make for a more interesting character. I feel the same about Hanks. Great performances but I don't feel the synergy with the rest of the ensemble at times.

Lilyhammer is not a Netflix production. It was made by Norwegian state television, but still a good series and a good pickup by Netflix. Very enjoyable show if you know Norwegian culture just a bit.

I think that's the best part, instead of him just being a badass his wife is just as cutthroat as he is.

When she had that lady axe half her staff and then gave her the boot I got hard.
 
Growing up watching that made me the absolute tory twat I am today.











Being English we love to quash the small man of course - it's in our blood. ;)
