Work at your own desk in midtown NYC

I just picked a nice office in midtown NYC right across from the Empire State Building.. It has four desks and I only need two.. Was thinking we could share costs and you could take one or both of the other ones.. I'd rather work around a marketer than anyone else..

- Office with a window
- Desk, chair, filing cabinet, power, 100mps LAN included
- 24/7 building access
- Surrounded by good community of startups

I was tired of losing motivation working from home and my productivity has tripled since putting myself on a schedule and coming to my office to work..

It'll be about $650/month.. No lease or anything like that.. Just bring your workstation and have your own desk in a badass location :)

I looked at space over there on 34th a few years ago. I liked the location, but I didn't really dig the interior. Interested to see what this place looks like.
