So maybe its not guerrilla, for some strange reason his posts crossed my mind while I was reading it.

It's an English teacher... I remember reading it thinking that guy is fucking brilliant, then when you realize it is an uninspiring, conceded, english teacher at a high school, who obviously tries to be funny yet display his intellectual ability with his vast vocabulary while ranting about something he cannot prove ....maybe if the dude was exceptional then it would be awesome, yet again I guess that would be hypocritical so I guess he fits the part...

This guy is a moron.

Why, because he spoke the truth? The graduates need inspiration...but REAL inspiration. It has to start with the very true realization that you and your ideas suck ass... you have to out work everyone else. That simple. I'm finally learning this. I think children should be praised unrealistically to build confidence, but when you graduate high school... time for a reality check.

I think it was a great speech.

context disclaimer: I only read the article and don't have time to watch the video. So if the actual delivery of the speech was bad, I withdraw my comment.

He nailed it the whole way through. Glad someone out there is annoyed with everyone getting a first place trophy as I am.
