So tell me again how this reflects reality? If this happens all of the time then why did they need actors to play the store clerks?

I'll tell you why, because in the real world, it doesn't happen as blatantly as they try to portray it in this 'experiment' if you want to call it that. lol worthy at best.

I assume this would happen only if the store clerk suspects something. Be it a black or a white trash. And they are pretty good at spotting shoplifters..

You are right, they are not always that blunt, but on some occasions it is.

i.e some police will stop more black/brown people than they would white (they do racial profile you).

i.e Walk in to a store and you will be followed if you are black. They might not say, you are not allowed to shop there, but you will be followed and it feels uncomfortable to say the least.

i.e you are on your way home waiting for the buss, and some kid from school will spit in your face and call you "inb4 lovenickycakes was here" and then act like nothing special has happened.

So unless you are a black person, I don't you have a full insight of what can and won't happen.

But you are right though, it does not happen that blatantly (but some times it does - to a point).

Do you have any real data to back your statement. Video seemed legit to me and it really touched myself bcz I were not biased while watching it.

May be you should watch it once again forgetting about your race.

After seeing NBC get busted for intentionally editing the Zimmerman 911 call to make him sound racist, and CNN get busted for claiming Zimmerman said "fucking coons" only to apologize later for the mistake, I would hope nobody would take anything these fucks have to say about racism seriously.

I get this crap all the time when I go into a high end store. Normally what happens is I get completely ignored by the staff. If I'm not ignored they don't want to show what I'm asking for and insist on selling me the cheapest things in the store. What's funny is when a guy that's obviously security follows you around and tries to keep distance by pretending to look through clothes. A while back I went to go buy my wife something from Tiffanys and one lady flat out refused to even acknowledge I was talking to her. In order to get any help I had to say in a very loud voice "It's fine if you don't want to sell something to be, but could you be polite enough to ask someone who will.". After everyone turned around and stared at her she walked away and got the only black person working in the store to make the sell. I'm not sure if they get a commission or not, but she looked pissed when she saw what I bought and paid cash for it.

Any decent salesman will tell you never judge a book by it's cover and some of their best sells come from people who look like they don't belong in the store.
 
This is ridiculous. This isn't reality. If you present yourself in a way that draws suspicion, sure, someone might say something. But to stage and event and call it racism? please. They should have staged the same thing with a white person in crappy clothes if they are actually trying to make a point.


The video (and the whole show in general) is nothing but a form of offline trolling using bullshit fallacies to pretend to try and convey a point.
 
This video is a pretty bad example on the point they're getting across.

They compared the reactions from 3 black kids spraying a car and 3 white kids doing the same in another video under the same show. It's better, in my opinion.
