Sure why not? If services were rendered and then he decided to be a faggot and issue a charge back he deserves it. There's a name for this it's called Friendly Fraud.
 
I'm pretty sure that since there is no shipping required in this case it gives the seller a bit more protection, but then again it's the retards over at paypal reviewing this stuff.

Sure, if it is a real fraud. Some people dispute when they're not satisfied with the service too. In OPs situation I am not sure what really happened. He (the guy who disputed) mentioned that website was de-indexed and it's not true but it does not make him a total faggot, yet. He might be but still he also may have something to tell from his side. I think it's too early for outing the website, etc - But, it might be just me!

OP - Just respond to paypal mentioning it's a digital product, you will win the dispute. Happened to me few times and I won most of the times.

Hey thanks for the advice facebloggie, but I've already escalated it to a claim without mentioning it as a digital product :/ hmph.

"Link was never counted in google" totally blew me off, everyone else post got crawled and indexed by google within 5 to 30mins. Content was also 100% unique which was written by writers from wickedfire content section.

Any other provider having trouble with this monkey? I hope you guys would take the time to battle it out instead of giving in a quick refund, hopefully with the amount of negative fake claims, paypal do smth bout his acc.

Call them and let them know its a digital product, they wil lclose the case instantly
 
Just refund bad clients and move on. It's a cost of doing business.

Small time providers always try to nickel and dime. Stupid. Get better clients.

Hate rats, stealing from small time providers that work hard to make it big in coming days. Precious any cent made, money is money after all.
 
If you are a buyer and you see listed in someones sales copy that they only except payments as services type payments would that raise any red flags?

One a real note if you run you service as a proper business so will you be more then fine, we have gotten one dispute/claim I told them in detail how I conduct my business and we won the dispute.

PM spam is a big no-no on WF. All the PM's I've forwarded to Zingo = users insta-banned.

As far as outing his site, that's a big NO-NO too. I remember Grindstone got the a temp-ban for that.

Refunders make me sad but it's inevitable in doing business online. Just focus on making more sales and not take it personally.

Cheap mofo's will be cheap, nahming?
