Ok... it's not my style to bash service providers on a forum, but this time I'm really pissed and I'm wondering if other people might be in the same situation or if it's just my luck.

I saw a lot of positive comments about ContentProz on this forum, but since I was very satisfied with my own writer, I never really needed to try them out.

Now, during this past Black Friday, my writer was on vacation for a week so I thought I'd give them a try... I ordered 6 articles (That was November 25th). They said the delivery date would be December 1st... Today, December 8th, I still didn't get shit. (14 days later)

But hold on, that's not really the main issue. It's how they handled it... I got on their Live Chat twice, once on December 2nd. They apologized and said they would deliver within 24 hours. Never did.

The second time was 3 days ago. They apologized again and said they would deliver within 12 hours. Never did.

Yesterday I got an email from someone in their tech support saying they will deliver today guaranteed! Never did.

At this point it really feels like I'm being dickrolled like never before. I gave up! Thank god those articles weren't for clients or I would have been in deep trouble. And they advertise "Quickest Turnaround Time" on their homepage.

Again, RELIABILITYis disappearing in this industry...

Hello Avatar33,

I am a routine customer of Contentproz and I am publishing a large number of articles and earning a smart amount by their cooperation. I have hundreds of clients from different regions and on a daily basis I am publishing 150+ articles on my client’s pages on a monthly basis I am publishing around 4500 articles on different sites by the collaboration of Contentproz and not a single time I faced any copyscape or plagiarism issue.
Your statement looks way away from reality or you have some other issue like requirement sharing or miscommunication on time delivery and most of the time, before time delivery is the most attractive and appealing quality of Contentproz.
Transferring of complete requirement and delivering the basic information helps for smooth transaction.
Hope you would take my words as positively and call the guy to know about your assignment and if something more required will be provided.
Thanks and regards,
Najla

^I wish there was an image that could represent a facepalm and a mindfuck at the same time, but I'll got with this for now...

UPDATE: funny that this thread got bumped, cuz it reminded me that I still didn't receive the articles I paid for on November 25th. Fuck you Contentproz.

This guy DEFINITELY doesn't work for contentproz!!!

Sorry to both of you! I assumed that I was talking with some gentlemen who are engaged with articles writing and should have some norms to post some stuff online and to reply a lady you guys should be treated like that.

Use textbroker.com. You pay a little extra but the content is delivered in hours not days or weeks.

Hahahahahaha now I know whats going on here these all above negative comments about Contentproz published by the banned "textbroker.com" with fake IDs all rubbish, I assigned many time small projects to textbroker but always :( I dont want to publish any truth about textbroker as it will be negative, which is not my style, nothing to say more but believe me its the style of Asian textbroker they just focus on backbiting of market leaders like they are doing by fake ids on this page I would suggest them to move focus on their own productivity rather doing all this !

5 star post. Would read again.

Strongly agree with Najla its an excellent idea to assign the project to even 99centarticles.com rather assigning to textbroker.com (Y)

TB has done me wrong a few times... not gonna lie. I ordered a few times with 24 hour delivery and didn't receive it for up to 3-4 days in some cases.

Hi everyone,
I'm Christina Zila, a Textbroker employee. I just registered for WickedFire today, and I apologize if someone has been using a Textbroker name in this forum. I'm happy to answer questions about our service via PM, Twitter (@textbroker) or e-mail from our site as well as here on the forum.

One thing that I'd like to address is LegitAM's post:

We have a spec called "processing time." It's not a delivery time. It's the amount of time you give the writer to complete the article, which is stated on the order form. If the author doesn't complete the article within that time frame, we remove it from the author's account and a second author has the same time frame to complete. So if author #1 doesn't finish within 24 hours, author #2 gets another 24 hours to finish.

One way to avoid waiting too long is to include a deadline in the order instructions. Authors don't see when your order was placed, so giving them a date helps them organize.

Legit, I apologize that we had authors that didn't finish within the first 24 hours. We're always looking to improve the system, and this is one issue we're working on. I appreciate the feedback.

I personally have problems with the consistency of the quality on textbroker. Don't know how some of those writers got the ratings they did because their stuff is pure crap.

I've written for TextBroker in the past (though now I only do direct orders with them) and my problem with them is that while I've always been a level 4 writer, I occasionally get my articles rated as a level 3 for no apparent reason. Normally notes will be listed for each article even when it's rated a 4 as usual, but for the past few times there hasn't been one, and we're talking about single orders of 4000-5000 words. It's super annoying.
