Occupy Dallas protesters display a complete lack of self awareness

um... and?

There is a difference between not being able to find a job and being a crazy homeless person. If I was in one of these camps I wouldn't want homeless people going though or taking my stuff.

You seriously dont see the irony in this?

u dumb bro

"Occupy Dallas has been struggling with people in the encampment who are not part of the cause, including some people who have criminal backgrounds.
For example, protesters said someone showed up to the camp this week and pulled a knife on someone. Nobone knew who he was.
Last week a convicted sex offender was arrested at the camp for the sexual assault of 14-year-old runaway and Thursday morning Child Protective Services workers showed up to question a family about staying in a tent with a 9-month-old baby.

The occupy movement isn't solely comprised of people mad about unemployment. Many of them would see no problem in "going through or taking the stuff" of people/companies that they perceive to have attained said stuff unfairly. They just have a higher standard of what they are willing to take than a homeless person.

u dumb bro

I heard they have a wireless connection down there at the tent city. U mad bro?

In any public group that is welcoming everyone there will be unwanted people joining in to take advantage of it. In this case they are having problems with people who are not part of the cause taking stuff that hurts the cause in the end. I see no reason why they should not be able to stop these people or exclude them regardless if they are also "99%". Smelly homeless guy that pissed himself taking food isn't going to help the cause. They are protesting not running a soup kitchen.

They already have enough problems with people screwing things up. Ive read that one camp lost its permit because someone was masterbating in public. The entire camp was then affected. Then you have the guys doing drugs, or the anarchists that end up rioting, all it takes is one or two people to screw the whole thing up for everyone.

Having worked right across the street, that is pretty much one of the worst places to start a tent city. Most homeless around this time of year, spend most of the day inside of the Library or walk a couple blocks to the farmers market. At night they walk one block down to the homeless shelter.

I'm surprised nothing worse has happened...

Occupy Buffalo was a joke. About 6 or 7 hippies flying a peace flag.

The entire movement is a joke and it'll end that way.

Yeah but these homeless people DESERVE to have a tent just like everyone else, why would the 1% of tent owners not share it with the 99% of non-tent owners?
