Is it a free for all now? Not outing what is going on, but for sure is an issue here at this board now.

Censorship is the suppression of speech or other public communication which may be considered objectionable, harmful, sensitive, or inconvenient to the general body of people as determined by a government, media outlet, or other controlling body.
 


Explain please. Please give some examples. The only recurring thing I see on WF the days are the outing of scammers and shit. WickedFire - Come for the drama, stay for the lulz.

Why didn't you reply to the pm instead of taking everything directly to a thread? Are you more interested in revving up the mob than getting answers ya drama bitch?

Simple answer: I'm not interested in standing in the way of someone making money. Removing your post and sending a PM directly was the easiest way to handle the issue. Now stfu and get in line ...soup will be served soon

What I find hil-fucking-arious is, I have never had any issues/problems with you on this board... EVER. However, you obviously feel threatened enough to not only call me an idiot, but also a drama bitch for no reason whatsoever? Even though you are the mod censoring posts on this board? And for what reason?

Funny, I was going to buy from the poster your protecting as I have no beef with them personally. Their thread had a few reviews and I was ready to buy today until I seen a new user/screen name posting the exact same service with no reviews and asked WTF was up with it as I thought it was someone trying to steal/copy the original sellers service. You promptly delete my postings and sent me a PM about it though, trying to protect this seller even though they have a history of trashing other peoples post on this forum.

Got a bad rep on Wickedfire, but want to open a new service on WF and make lots of moneys? No problem:

1. Get Erect to help you open a new WF account
2. Have your original post for your new service changed to your new screen name.
3. Have all inquiring posts about the new screen name or old bad rep screen name on your sales thread removed by Erect
4. Have Erect then write a little bit about how you should trust the seller even though they have no post count or itraders
5. Have Erect PM anyone questioning your thread to not question it in public and leave it to PMs only
6. Have Erect attack anyone questioning the heavy censorship around the whole deal, even though those people may have never had an issue with the seller, Erect himself, or generally anyone on the board.

Anyone making money off this in their new ebook, please make sure I get a 5% royalty plz..

And yeah, the whole Ruck thing was a good example too.
No telling how much other shit we are missing. I dont see Erect stepping in for other sellers threads though....
 
I stepped in because we have rules, the seller opted to abide by those rules as opposed to not doing business at wickedfire. The threadshitting rule is in place so competing sellers can't go into the other thread's in order to steal clients.

I'm glad you had the opportunity to vent and go all conspiracy theory on my ass. You certainly don't sound crazy at this point.

I don't really care what this dispute is about between you two... but if allegations like that are made and "mapped out", they need to be reinforced with this weird thing called proof. Otherwise this is a waste of time. Again.

Actually, the Ruck thing was a bad example. He "censored" himself. He posted something that he realized later was dumb, then went in and deleted his own thread. The only reason why he could was because he was a mod. Anybody else would have had to ask a mod, and I was under the impression that we generally will not delete threads for anybody. Locked them, yes sometimes, but not delete. For the record, I won't delete threads for people. My philosophy is: if you're dumb enough to post something you'll regret later, you should live with the fallout from that stupidity.

The dude has beef with some previous sellers, not sure why he needed to make a new acc just to sell services? Does he need to hide his real identity?

Im not questioning mods actions what is done is done. It's not my call.

Just this censorship talk is getting me worried about the quality of the BST section and makes things look a bit sketchy especially when I have hundreds of potential clients I use these services for.
 
if anything wickedfire has way to little censoring. Every lil troll thread stays to grow endlessly.

The only censored section here is the BST for good and popular reason. Would anyone rather have an uncensored BST? I doubt it.

Also +1 for what mike said. When us regular members deletes our own post its fine but when a mod does it, suddenly its censorship. It's only because everyone wants to flame them for it.
 
I think it's pretty shitty that you, Erect, initially lock his thread because of what he was selling and his actions previously that you took issue with, yet it's OK if he sells it under a different username?

It's still the exact same dude with the exact same service that you initially had a problem with but its a non-issue if he takes up a new guise? That shit is fucking retarded.

Whenever we get around to putting in the updated security features for the BST area, then its going to continue to be the wild west over there.

I think someone would have to be both blind and dumb to not realize that the quality of service providers and buyers has taken a serious hit as of late, but then again, it goes back to the whole "there are no ads on WF at all, or service fees of any kind, everything is free, therefore, its pretty fucking tough to police and we are pretty lax about monitoring shit (aside for blatantly obvious shit or illegal shit obviously)" -- That's the tradeoff. We don't profit, you don't bitch. You resolve issues among yourselves. The mod that handles the bowels of the forum that is our BST area remind me of the rookie cops from the NYPD being dropped into Bed Stuy in Brooklyn in the early 90's, alone, and being told "keep the peace". Its a tough gig, quit bitching.

All mods and admins see a side of the industry en masse that you guys hardly ever see. We see and hear of issues nonstop. People always have a complaint but rarely have something good to say. And of course, everyone forgets the forum when they are banking, but conveniently remember us and try to use the influence and power here when they are in trouble or don't get paid, or have some dramatic dispute with another shady fuck...

Like what.. we are supposed to just drop our other shit, come to your fucking rescue, and try to make you happy? My answer... NO. GO SHIT IN YOUR HAND.

People bitch to me all the time, but never thank me for it... except when they first say hi or meet me at a show, which is very kind of them to say, but they are typically newbies.
