You Boston kids, what do you think? This is getting hyped pretty bad, it seems like a pretty powerful storm.

Anyone in Boston prepping supplies or anything? It sounds like the area could lose power for possibly days, with flooding and hurricane-force winds.

Im in nj, and this cancels out my league fantasy draft on saturday due to a state of emergency issued by the gov.

shit. I bought all this food, kegs of beer and even a draft board kit all to just do an online draft.

I live in central Connecticut. Not only is my garden probably going to be torn out of the ground, but I'll probably lose power and not be able to do any work either. The only upside is the prospect of looting, I've got my eye on Best Buy.

You guys will be fucked up there if you get hit, buildings are not built for any type of serious winds and a lot of low lying areas. Hopefully it passes by or weakens a lot before it comes.

Same here, located coastal So. Maine. Beans aren't ready to pick, tomatoes still ripening, etc. Really not looking forward to this except for the increased surf :cool2:

Just flew into Boston, cab drivers don't seem too worried, and all the news stations seem more worried about NYC than here

That's kinda what it's looking like from some of the sat projections they're putting out. Then again some of them make it look like it might carry through and beat the shit out of like 500 miles of coast from DC through Maine.

They're saying shits going to hit the fan around here. Think I'll hit up the liquor store on my way home from work.

Was worrying about this shit all week ( i live on the beach) but looks like it's gonna miss SC and maybe leave us with a tropical storm.. better stock pile the booze and weed!
