How to get an iphone app developed?

So I have a couple ideas for apps that I think could sell very well. I searched through the app store today and neither of my ideas seem to have been created yet.

The problem is I have absolutely no knowledge of app developement or coding and I dont have the time or desire to learn. I need to take these ideas and have someone else develop them for me and then shoot for something like a 50/50 profit split.

How can I go about protecting my app ideas so that when I do find someone who might be interested they dont just take my idea and run with it on their own?

Would anyone here be interested in hearing about these app ideas, or know of anyone who would be?

Step 1: Pay a professional company to develop the app
Step 2: Get approved on Apple store, promote
Step 3: That's all you need to know, No one is going to do a 50/50 split because you think you're idea is awesome, developers want money, not ideas.
 
Need to have the dev sign a NDA and Non Compete at least. Like sumohax0r said I doubt any dev would do a 50/50 but you could try. Also it's not going to be cheap to have an app developed.
 
Shit Costs lots of money. It's almost easier to go ahead and figure out dev programs and build it yourself with some consulting help.

If you want a good developer (probably not going to give you 50/50 split), you can check out apalon (apalon.com).

Guys are based in Russia so can make stuff a bit cheaper and they got 4 or 5 apps that have been in top 10 so their stuff is actually really good quality.
