I made a thread last week about partnerships and asked for peoples advice.

I have decided to form an alliance with other like minded individuals that bring something to the table that is unique and compliments my many weak areas. The master mind principle.

I know there are many readers here who are new and many lurkers that don't know where to begin, are scared or just lack the skills to make a career out of marketing online. Shit I think one of the main reasons I have been able to make a full time living is because I'm a risk taker. I've been like that all my life.

So now I'm taking on the risk of partnering with a respected member here, SEOMIKE, to make some fucking money with ideas I have just sitting on the shelf. The first one I presented, he liked and quickly jumped on. I am not ever going to disclose our arangement but it's in the form of cash and a percentage of profits.

We are revamping a website, SEO'ing the shit out of it and plan to utilize Yoink and Geek to do content. Plus the normal shit and great advice you find here. We will be using these in a real world test.

Here's What We Have Now:
  1. 3 Content Websites- All are existing with low rankings
  2. 3 carefully researched themes based on keywords that we can monetize and rank in the search engines
  3. #1 site is a feeder site for #2's offers that dont qualify for #1's offers and #3 site is all content with just adsense and future offers once we get the traffic
  4. Redesigning the websites because they are in the financial and travel markets. We are using Joomla to create a unique magazine look that is sticky, seo friendly and appealing
  5. And that's really fucken it for now because this shit isn't rocket science and making money always starts with a viable idea that you can make happen and monetize
I will keep those who are interested on our progress and as well as SEOMike. Even though he hates that I'm mentioning it. The reason I am is because I take risks and I put myself out there for the fucking fun of it. If it goes great I'm a star and if not, well I guess it will go into my bag of many failures!:xomunch:

Please dont ask what keywords or website names because I will never say but I 'll post stats as we get them and milestones we cross.

Any income generated will be fully documented on here and my blog. Sales, Adsense etc. We wil be working closely with the people at COPEAC for one of the sites,a dsense on one and the other is for mortgage leads.

OK, critics, SEO pros and peeps come give me some shit. I'm ready!:eek:
 


Fuck yeah it's inereting and exciting.

How many realationships and partnerships have been formed here? How many have worked? Was there money made?

There is so much potential in working with people who compliment you where you are weak and if more of us teamed up on projects then I'm sure we could do much better.

But hey, people are more interested in LazyD moving in with his fucking mom and his girlfriend dont want to and................:repuke:

come on lets make some money and for some partnerships and make ties and help eachother outside this forum.
 
COOL. That's what I want to hear Kaveman. Thanks. I want to know and I think members should know besides just asking questions, there are business opportunities here for us all. So keep that in mind dude.

I know engaged is killing it from what I heard with arbi. I think Jon teamed up with Brandon and it made his operation better.

Any others guys? Are you doing it or have though about it?

well, it's funny you mention video because I'm going to get some video going like when I smoke a joint and I come up with these wonderful schemes, I wanna share that with you all, see my ideas, see my life, see when I bust a nut to Bang bros Milf #100, see me as I take a dip in my pool and contemplate what the fuck am I doing and I cash checks that arrive in the mail out of thin air..............................

Shit, I have always been about trying to form partnerships and make even more money. There is so much fucking money on the net, but yet everybody is scared to give ideas to somebody else or team up. There is plenty of fucking money to go around! Good luck with it BYA!! I really hope it works out and maybe open some peoples eyes!!

I hate to be the wet rag here.. but with ANY business agreement or partnership like this, you should get everything in writing/contract and signed. You should also have everything documented as far as positions and each person's tasks go, along with payout percentages, etc. I know it's a pain in the ass, but I can tell you from experience, and I'm sure others here can too, that getting this stuff sorted out BEFORE you start eliminates so many potential disagreements and distrust between partners. I'm not saying any of the guys you mentioned here would ever do anything bad, but just remember, a business partnership is still a big undertaking. What happens all too often is one guy will start thinking that he is doing more work than the others and therefor deserves a bigger payout piece of the pie. This is something you DO NOT want to happen anytime, as it can seriously hurt the business.

Also, a quick side note. Regardless of who is handling the cash or what, get yourself an LLC, and a brand new EIN with the IRS. You do not want to fuck with taxes and have everyone be confused. Remember too, taxes for businesses are paid per quarter, so make sure someone is on top of that at all times.

Just some friendly advice if you want to do things correctly from the start.

I just want to open everyones eyes to other possibilities besides doing it all alone and the fact that there is a huge talent pool of people her at Wicked Fire.

People that are struggling can put their minds together with someone on the forum and make a success at this when if they did it alone, they would fail and quit.
