Iphones sell for about 500 each for the first generation 3g and the new generation 3gs sell for about 800 each.

Instead of offering the iphone unlocking manuals - i created my own iphone unlocking money making niche where i sell them information, software and templates on how to make money buying and selling iphones and also provide them with iphone wholesale lists(i make them myself)

  • I make on average 40-80 dollars per month on adsense which is not even that well optimised yet.. its only on the unlocking websites and this can increase should you decided to put the information on the frontpage.
  • I also make b2n 50- 100 dollars on ebaypartner network which if you have an account with high acrus .. i get over 10 per month.

  • I have users who upgrade and get the software for 30 dollars and make about 300 per month from this. I get alot of questions from users who have problems unlocking and you can turn this into another revenue source and make money by just eliminating the free manuals and having them pay you for support.
  • I just added chitika (which i might replace with my own banners for the make money with iphones ) before the end of the month.
  • I have a aweber account which you will get access to that has over 500 new subscribers and growing at the average rate of 20 per day and i think its going to blow off the roof when i introduce the new iphone3gs unlocking manuals.
Fyi . i havent even started mailing out to the news letter yet.. and the no. rises by about 20 per day and i should hit a thousand subscribers before the end of next week.


  • Basically instead of having that intrusive inline pop from aweber, i have targeted the highest traffic webpages and asked the users to subscribe to the site if they want the free software to unlock their iphones.
  • As of this week i am going to change the thank you page to an upsell complete with ssl certificates for buyers to get the iphone unlocking software and money making guide complete with unlocking videos.
  • Ill be eliminating adsense from the site, i am just sending traffic to my competitors and increasing my bounce rate which isnt good.

I think your pricing is unfair, Considering some of the ways you make money come from outside monetization. When I buy the site listing auctions on ebay is not something I should have to do for revenue to the site.

The value should come from adsense, EPN and things we can set up within the site.

Don't you think that would be a better way to gage things.
 
So what do you suggest a "fair price is."

The ebay thing was just to test the manuals which worked very very well. So i added it as an extra dimension .. cause i was getting hit with shitloads of traffic from people looking for unlocking manuals and software.

I have been actively tweaking the site and the traffic, if you want google analytics access increases by the week.

I just added the new manuals for unlocking iphone 3gs and unlocking using the iphone 3g os 3.0 and search around, everyone is charging over 30 dollars for each.

I have the top positions for unlocking iphone 2g and all i need to do is replace the manuals (which i should do before the night is over) with the latest unlocking software complete with videos.
Sure no one wants to buy potential, then again.. the site is ranked no. 1 for unlocked iphones and on the front page for other super competitive iphone unlocking terms which you would have to spend over 30 dollars per day just to test and see if it works.

For this site i wont base the value of the site on just adsense, epn and chitika. The domain itself is worth at least 2k and thats something we cant argue about.

If you have what you think is a fair price, then go ahead and lay it out. If you dont want to buy the site, fair and square. :)

Thanks production head, thats more like it. Lol - honestly just lay out your bids. By the way the bids are already at 1600 per Flippa.com so well thats something also consider.

@AdExhibitJason - I'm sorry but you are retarded. The reason a lot of people aren't making money online is because they are thinking inside the box. If you are stupid enough to think that all websites not making money with adsense/epn or some other automated method are unfair then I suggest you retire from this industry.

Money is money. Opportunities are opportunities. Lame bitches will always search for the excuse not to put in some work that may be unconventional or time consuming. And they - like you - will remain lame bitches.

Think about it you are getting a site that has over 500 visitors a day looking for items that are selling for 500 each.
Now you may ask, so genius if it has so many visitors why not monetise it and keep it.
Its a time thing for me and as trigatch said opportunity. I have some offline opportunities that have come up that are worth pursuing and if selling my best website at wholesale price then so be it.

I could try to offload some crappy domains but why bother. You are getting the website as is.. already with traffic, rankings and making money. Already as of today i beleive the domain has brought in 40 bucks epn in 4 days.
I have been tweaking the website non stop trying to capitalise on the traffic to the maximum.
You are also getting a aweber account with close to 1000 subscribers, i mean shit.... what more do you want.

I don't get it: is the guy supposed to sell a site that's making him $1k/month for something like $1k? Wouldn't that be kinda stupid? Why not keep the site then? AdExhibitJason, dude, he's pricing it to sell. The $8k BIN is very reasonable: the site has traffic, revenue and you even get an email list.

This is not just a "hello friends, teh site are making $30 American dollar/month but I be pricing it @ $100,000 cuz it has teh potentialz" auction, seriously. I'm sure nmwando is gonna sell this baby soon, too bad he doesn't have enough time to continue working on it.
 
Bofu, i really appreciate that. That site may look like shit, but it converts so damn well its unbeleivable. I try to keep the graphics to a minimum and i just shifted and removed chitika from the sidebar.
I will be replacing adsense on the site with banners to the unlocking manuals and taking out epn from the frontpage.
Ill be adding the option to buy the iphones from unlocked iphones on the site.


Iphones 3gs unlocked are going for 1,000 each. I mean shit, i am not basing this site on the revenue from adsense and chitika or epn.. i am using that as a base to show you yea.. this site has potential and if you have a high acru, go through the epn data i think i get over 10 per month.
If you have something along 20 bucks acru.. instantly thats an extra 200 per month added to your bottom line that doesnt include the 40 to 50 bucks profit per successful bid on each phone.
I appreciate the sensibility showed and open to all offers lol even production heads 300 offer is appreciated lol.

@enigma - i have a mailing coming up tommorow for the members who have already used the old manuals to unlock their old iphones. The new iphone os 3.0 just came out .. meaning at some point they will upgrade their itunes and to the new os. :)
Now who are they going to trust - a copy cat unlocking website with the same chick telling them the website has unlocked over 1 million iphones or a site they have subscribed to before.
Read up on the iphone unlocking market a little bit before getting all riled up about my site. Another thing just search ebay for unlocked iphone 3gs .. 1k a piece.
Plus i will be willing to work with you for 4 months to fully optimise the site and news letter to perfection if that is something you are worried about.. cause lord knows it Wf members have over 400 domains or sites on the minimum. The quality developers are here on wf.

wo wo gentlemen.. relax .. its just a website. I am not offended at all Mr Jason, actually i agree on some instances it makes sense to value the website on things like adsense, ebay partner net.. or chitika. Especially when you are dealing with things like dashed domains, crappy niches i.e free web hosting, hosted picture galleries e.t.c where here today, gone tommorow.

1. ranked no. one on both google and yahoo
2. its already making money and have barely plastered adsense like some websites do. You know over 6 banners on the same page.
My ads are well blended into the content.. if you log in tonight, watch how i change up the sales process.
3. You are getting a site that is being subscribed to on auto pilot, before the end of the day it should have an extra 30 people on the mailing list.
4. The website is getting over 10 acrus, i dont have alot of websites and i am sure this can rise practically over night if you already have an account getting something on the range of 15- 28 acrus in your account. e.t.c
