For others...success comes from somebody like MDSandB doing a great job, and understanding and researching the terms you are trying to target when you order it. i.e. my pages were already optimized for the terms, and the domain had some strength before...and I knew the competition.

For a new domain, I would probably not try to hit such competitive terms. ...or maybe I would.
