Despite the numerous f/b advising me not to go through with this, I've decided to take the plunge and apply for the loan. Maybe it's because I'm 23, have no debt/house/liability/wife/kid.

I'll get the money in 7 days time so in the mean time I will have to research 1,000 profitable niches and find reputable writers that can write at a rate of 10 articles per day.

I will be using profile backlinks strictly for this project without worrying about social bookmarking, article marketing etc. Since I co-own linkaloha.com the backlinks are pretty much free (except for captcha solving cost).

On average, domain name + article will cost me $15, so that's $15,000. For domains an articles. I will apply for 5 AdSense accounts under 5 different company names using the hubpages method.

As for site-building, i will be using iMacro + Wordpress + WP-hive + clickbump + wp-hive.

My keyword research criteria,

Run Magic Niche Finder for a week non-stop.
3 words or less.
.com/net/org ONLY.
3000+ exact US searches.
Avg. CPC of $1 or more.

All domains will be purchased through internet.bs, I'm working on a bulk deal with them, will have to do it through Paypal mass payment.

My aim is to make $500/day from this at which time, the $800/month payment to the bank will mean nothing. ETA is 5-6 months from now.

I will update this thread monthly as to not cloud this forum.

Wish me luck.

Dude, why not launch 5 sites at first?

Do you know how long it actually takes to get traffic from the big 3 now?

Don't make a mistake of investing that 30k into just one project! Ever heard of "don't put all your eggs in one basket"?

Remember your thread where you were asking whether to get the loan or not, and I'm kinda surprised that you had the balls to go thru with it despite 90% of people advising not to take the loan.

Are you, however, sure that you wanna spend your 30k on an MFA project? If I were you, I would go for CPA w/ media buys.

People invest in domain names with far lesser ROI, I see a 300% annual return as, really lucrative.

.. especially since it's passive. It should be really interesting to see how this one turns out, I will have another 15k to start another venture just in case this one flops. and I do already have other established ventures that bring enough in case this one spiral into a big pile of poo. (god forbid)

Your guaranteed to make 500 bucks a day?

You can use that 15k to pay back the 15k you just burned. Win.

Seriously. Best of luck. Subscribed to the thread with bated breath.

Good for you for taking the plunge, but I think you should've started smaller. Like, set up 10/20 sites at first, apply for the adsense accounts, and see how everything works and turns out. If it worked out well I'm sure the loan will be waiting for you a couple months down the line. AM changes frequently but this method has been around for years and hasn't changed much and I can't see it doing so in the near future.

TBH, you'd be better off investing the $30k into something else. It's enough to start doing well in affiliate marketing, testing and tweaking 'til you're profitable. You can do that with a couple grand. Or if you wanted to stick to SEO, you can build sites around sharesale/CJ offers which don't look like going anywhere in the near future.

Whatever you do - good luck!

Nope.

LOL, thanks for the advice and kind wishes.

Yes, but those people are settled and HAVE the money to risk. They don't take out loans.

Oh but they do, people take loans for a far lesser ROI and far greater risks, think brick and mortar businesses, real estate, and they go bust all the time.

Thanks! You're right and I actually have tested this with 150+ sites, they do really good. $70-$80/day consistently. These are all 1 pager sites.

You sir, will need to spend some of that loan on a wheelbarrow to help you carry about your giant balls.

150 sites at $80/day... fuck that.. your one the wrong track.. but you may be like myself I learn the hard way... I started with 5k never finished using it all before the profit started coming in...

2 30 page sites can make that much over time... good luck and have fun...

My advise is to play with some larger sites that target more traffic than niche sites, put in some good quality traffic and make the site look nice.

When you get ready to buy some niche domains that are well researched and have 10k plus traffic let me know.. got a few was trying the niche thing and it is more hype,, went back to what I KNOW works.

taking out a 30k bank loan to throw into 1000 minisites is the dumbest idea i've ever heard of. you mine as well burn the money, then go work at McDonalds to support yourself + pay back the money b/c that's where u are heading...

If you were smart, or had any business/financial sense. You would take all the money you had right now, and create as many minisites as you possibly can, maybe its 20, maybe its 300. Either way, invest what you have now to make sure your plan works. If so, take out that loan and repeat for 1000 sites.

In the meantime, do your thing, best of luck, but there will most likely be many lulz

Wrong... you now owe 30k.

I wouldn't do this but respect that your trying it.

Keep us updated in this thread as to what your spending/making - I'm definitely interested to see how you do and wish you the best.

meh. I don't know if finding 1000 profitable niches, and the time and effort involved is necessary. You could test this with a lot less sites, and test the ROI and scale from there, rather than risking it all up front.

But if you have other sources of income and aren't a complete newb...it's not the biggest or dumbest risk. I've done dumber...
