i want to know something about mailing,who can help me please?

What's your question? I'm not exactly a seasoned mailer but you'll improve the chance of having your question answered tons if you post the question.
n00b's guide to the basics of mailing in the U.S.
Since I'm from the U.S.A. I can only reply with the "basics" I know about mailing here.
1.) Get some envelopes/packages.
2.) Put something into the envelopes/packages.
3.) Seal the envelopes/packages.
4.) Put an address on the envelopes/packages in the center for where you want it to go.
5.) Get some postage stamps. Or just let the Postmaster put them on a postal scale and pay the rate for the weight and method of delivery.
There you go!!!
I think that should get you started with your "Mailing" campaigns.
