I do not remember, when I made my order, but I see my first positive review on the screenshot above. I did not order again (I hope I will do it later), but I want to share now, what I've got after 24 days.
The press release was syndicated to ~10 websites visible by Google (without clicking that link, where you can see the ommited results).
I've got some traffic. The traffic started on 10th of October (exactly the day of my first review). The traffic is low. Do not dream about visitors rush, which wipes out your website from the hosting. No. 3-5 visitors a day come from emailwire only. Sometimes you see zero visitors at all.
Is it still worth doing it? I think yes. I forgot about SEO and made this simple calcualtion. Organic search traffic on my website is low. I have 2-3K visitors a day. These visitors make 2 page views in average. Bounce rate is high. People get the information they were looking for and close the website.
As I said, the referal traffic from emailwire is 3-5 visitors a day, what is even less interesting, than having 2-3K of organic search traffic. But this traffic makes 12-15 pageviews

and bounce rate is very low.
Did I get sales from this traffic? Defnitely not! My sales targets in GA were not hit. But I know my sales funnel. I need to have 300-500 targeted visitors to make one sales.
Is this traffic still good? Definitely yes. Why? Because I need to pay 0.5USD per visitor if I run my campaign in Adwords. Simple math proves, that after I get 150 visitors from emailwire, running press releases syndication is cheaper, than running Adwords campaign. Adwords traffic has higher bounce rate and pageviews/visitors ratio is around 2 (not even 12 ;-))
How did I get 12-15 pageviews per visitor? I have a website for my own product. People are looking for my brand, but in some cases my website does not rank for those terms (not because of bad SEO, but because it is irrelevant to the search query, even if it contains the name of the brand). I made a special notice before ordering: we should make a press release, which could rank the desired terms. And now it ranks #2

So, I get those people, which research the possibilities to buy my products and as you can see looking at pageviews/visitors ratio they are interested.
The only problem with this kind of press release syndication is scaling the traffic to the level of at least 100 unique visitors a day. If it is possible in your case, then it is worth trying.
