I did a random check and all the comments are in place. The lowest OBL I've seen is 40+, the highest is around 300. Some blogs are in English and some are in other languages. The comments are generic i.e. nice post, helped me a lot. All posts have PR2+ as promised.

Would be nice to have an ability to select blog niches and languages. Though it could be a bit hard as I guess there are not that many Dofollow PR1+ blogs. Drip feed option would also be nice.

Quick review - ordered (large package) on the 7th and got my report today (7 days overall).

the report had a couple of bonus links, however the total found were 51 links, only one PR6 found, 9 PR5 and 9 PR4, all these well below the package description. Most of the links are indexed, however at least 10 pages had a pretty high OBL count.

Its disappointing, I had much better results with seodon in the past, and the total results here are not what I expected. It is important to note that of the 2 keywords I gave one did not move (was #2 before and is so now) but the second one did move from #2 to #1 - and just for that was worth 80% of the cost.

Sending you the missing PR6 links...there is a problem in PR6 all other links exisits so reduced the PR6 count and increased the PR5 pages still my service will bring the keywords to 1st position like yours....
And wait for another keyword to move for atleast 1 week.
It is once again proved that High PR blog comments(My service) bringing many keywords to 1st place in 1 day too:)
 
Update - seodon was fast to respond and offered more links to cover for the missing ones, a report was sent to me within an hour with some new links in it. It does look like there is an issue with those PR6 links because they were not there (again) however the total link count went up by a couple links.

Just to clarify, the keyword went up from #2 to #1, I think that the comments did that, however its not like it was #40 before that, in any case I am happy with the current result as well as with the fast and professional action of seodon.
